Accessibility

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Accessibility is part of our trade — much of the signage we coordinate exists to make spaces navigable for everyone, including ADA wayfinding. We hold this site to the same intent, and we mean the commitment below as a working standard, not a finished claim.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat WCAG 2.2 AA as the direction we're working toward. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities.

Current status

This site is partially conformantwith WCAG 2.1 AA: large parts meet the standard, but we have not completed a formal third-party audit, so we don't claim full conformance. We test against the guidelines as we build and fix issues as we find them.

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single, logical heading order per page.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states.
  • Color choices intended to meet AA contrast on text.
  • Respect for the "reduced motion" setting, so animations ease off for visitors who prefer less movement.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology, or you hit a barrier we've missed, please tell us — it genuinely helps. Email hello@signavero.com or call (213) 652-7446 and describe the page and the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix issues as quickly as we can.

Changes

We'll update this statement as the site improves; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
