Custom fabrication is what we run when the brand idea won't fit on a standard product line. Stadium-scale logo walls. Sculptural installs. Mixed-media brand experience pieces, integrated lighting environments, monument signs in substrates nobody stocks. The Signavero network pulls the metal shop, the CNC router, the waterjet, the paint booth, and final assembly under one project manager, so the finished piece shows up ready to install. Not staged across five vendors with five POs and five timelines you have to chase.

  • Stadium-scale logo walls. Oversized mounted logos at venues, corporate atriums, and feature exteriors. Built as engineered assemblies, not pieced together in the field.
  • Sculptural brand installs. Three-dimensional pieces where the form itself is the statement. Usually mixed media: metal, acrylic, integrated lighting, fabric tension.
  • Monument signs in non-standard substrates. Cor-Ten steel, cast concrete, hand-finished metal cladding, integrated planted bases.
  • Brand-experience environments. Flagship retail walls and lobbies where the brand statement is the architecture. We fabricate it as one coordinated install instead of a piece per design firm.
Process

Design intent → fab drawings → coordinated build.

  • Design intent capture. We work from your brand or environmental-graphic-design team's drawing set. No drawing set yet? Our drafting partners develop one from concept sketches.
  • Engineered fab drawings. Drawings go out as fabrication packs: dimensioned, toleranced, materially specified. Not concept renderings. The shop building the piece isn't left guessing at what you meant.
  • Multi-shop coordination. Metal fabrication, CNC routing, waterjet cutting, paint and finishing, final assembly. All run on one production timeline.
  • Pre-install assembly verification. On large pieces we pre-assemble at the shop, partial or full, photograph every angle, and confirm fit before anything ships.
  • On-site install. Usually 1-3 days, depending on size and integrated systems like lighting and structural backing. When the mass calls for it, we bring engineered rigging plans.
Where custom builds go over budget

Custom fabrication budgets slip in the same three places every time. Scope creep between concept and drawing freeze. A finish spec still undecided when fabrication starts. And integrated systems like lighting and structural backing treated as someone else's problem instead of part of the build. We lock scope at the fab-freeze milestone. Once drawings are approved, a change order gets written, signed, and line-itemed. Nothing waved through on a phone call. That is what keeps a custom-build budget honest.

Typical timeline

Design freeze plus 6-12 weeks.

Design intent to drawing freeze runs 2-4 weeks. Fabrication and assembly take 4-8 weeks, depending on size, finishing complexity, and integrated lighting. On-site install is 1-3 days. Most custom builds land in the 8-15 week range. Stadium-scale pieces and integrated architectural installs go longer, but the schedule is locked at the fab-freeze. It never floats after that.
