Store remodels: signage, fixtures, and graphics in one window.
Signage, fixtures, and graphics coordinated through a remodel window: after-hours scheduling, dust containment, crew sequencing with the GC, and a grand-opening walk. The store reopens on the date it's supposed to.
Signavero LLC is an independent signage installation network. Our remodel programs may incorporate OPTO International®, Marlite®, and other third-party fixture and wall-system brands. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners. Signavero is not affiliated with or authorized by these brands.

Signage, fixtures, and graphics that fit inside the GC’s window.
Remodels are where rollouts go sideways. A short close-down gets stacked with several trades, the brand-finish work can't start until the GC has drywall and paint done, and the reopen date doesn't move. Signavero owns the brand-finish phase. That means signage, fixtures, graphics, ADA wayfinding, and the grand-opening walk, scheduled into the GC's plan instead of jammed in after everyone else has cleared out.
The full remodel scope, from pre-con to punch-walk.
- Pre-construction integration. We sit in the GC’s pre-construction meeting and fold the brand- finish crew schedule into the master critical-path schedule.
- Exterior signage. Channel letters, dimensional letters, monument signage, and awning graphics, sequenced once the facade is complete.
- Interior signage and graphics. Window graphics, wall graphics, brand walls, and ADA wayfinding, applied once the GC’s paint and drywall have cured.
- Fixtures and POP. Modular retail systems, freestanding display units, counters and cash wraps, and POP displays, set once the floor finish is down.
- Grand-opening punch-walk. We validate every install against the approved drawings on the morning of, log the exceptions, and put any next-business-day touch-up in writing.
Where the brand-finish crew lands in the schedule.
Most handoff misses get caught in the pre-construction meeting, before anyone is on site. After that it comes down to sequencing. Substrate prep waits on the GC's drywall and paint, and we land within a day of the paint curing. Fixtures follow the floor finish, and exterior signage follows the facade close-out. Every handoff has a named point of contact and a date, so nobody is renegotiating the schedule in week six.
For a graphics-and-fixtures refresh with no GC scope, the whole brand-finish phase fits into one overnight or a weekend. A full storefront window refresh, an interior brand wall, and a fixture rotation in a single overnight is a normal night's work for us on apparel and grocery accounts.
The validation step that protects the open date.
The morning of opening, the Signavero PM walks the store with the store manager, plus a brand-team representative on flagship installs, and checks every install against the approved drawings. Anything off gets logged, photographed, and either fixed before the doors open or scheduled for next-business-day touch-up with a written commitment. A creased film edge, a misaligned letter, a chipped fixture finish, a POP piece missing from the kit. We want to catch all of it.
A typical walk turns up six to ten small things, and they close out by the next business day. None of them should still be there when the doors open. That is the whole reason the walk happens before the store fills up, not after.
