Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This policy explains what information Signavero LLC collects when you use this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it scoped to what actually happens — we don't collect more than we need to quote and run your work.
Who we are
Signavero LLC ("Signavero," "we," "us") is a signage installation and coordination business based in Ventura, California, serving clients in all 50 states. You can reach us at hello@signavero.com or (213) 652-7446.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus standard technical data needed to serve the site:
- Information you submit through our quote or contact forms: your name, work email, company, project details, and optionally your phone number, role, budget range, and locations. You decide what to include.
- Email correspondence you send us and our replies.
- Basic server logs (such as IP address and request data) generated automatically when any website is loaded, used for security and reliability.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information (government IDs, payment card numbers, health data) through the forms on this site.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate (city-level) location, and device type — so we can improve it. GA4 sets first-party analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*). We do not use analytics to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Google Ads conversion measurement. We advertise our own services on Google Search. When our ad measurement is active, the Google tag sets advertising cookies and records that a visit, call, or quote request followed one of our ads, so we can tell which ads work. We may also send Google a hashed (privacy-protected) version of the email or phone number you submit on a form — a feature Google calls Enhanced Conversions — used solely to measure our own campaigns. We do not run remarketing: your visit here is never used to follow you around the web with Signavero ads, and we do not let anyone use it to advertise other things to you.
One additional exception: our quote page can be configured to embed a HubSpot form. When that embedded form is active, HubSpot may set cookies on your device to operate and measure the form. If the embedded form is not enabled, our standard quote form submits without setting HubSpot cookies. We will update this section if we add other third-party scripts.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and scope and send you an estimate.
- To communicate with you about a project you ask us to coordinate.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. The conversion signals we send to Google (described under Cookies, analytics, and advertising) measure our own campaigns only; we do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work or run the site:
- Email/form processing. Form submissions are delivered to us through an email service provider (Resend) and, where the embedded form is enabled, HubSpot.
- Fulfillment partners. If you engage us for a project, we share only the details a vetted fabrication or installation partner needs to complete your scope.
- Legal. Where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email hello@signavero.comand we'll handle it.
California residents: Signavero is a small business that does not currently meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) apply to us, so we are not a "covered business" under that law. Even so, we voluntarily honor the core rights it describes — access, correction, deletion, and no sale of your data — for anyone who asks, regardless of where you live.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to do the work and meet ordinary business and legal requirements, then delete it on request or in the normal course. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Questions? Email hello@signavero.com.
