Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and explain the basis on which Signavero provides quotes and coordinates work. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement — these terms cover the site and our estimates, not the full scope of an engagement.
Agreement to these terms
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. "Signavero," "we," and "us" mean Signavero LLC, a California limited liability company based in Ventura, California.
What Signavero does
Signavero is a signage installation and coordination service. We act as the single point of contact and program manager for signage production, fabrication, and installation, which we coordinate through a vetted network of independent fabrication and installation partners. We are material-neutral and do not manufacture in-house. We are not a party to, and do not control, the independent operations of the partners we coordinate, except as set out in a signed project agreement.
Quotes and estimates
Estimates we provide are based on the information you give us and on typical conditions for the scope described. They are good-faith estimates, not binding offers, and may change after a site survey, permit review, or any change in scope, materials, or schedule. No estimate becomes a binding commitment until both parties sign a written project agreement or you approve a purchase order referencing it. Pricing in an estimate is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information for quoting and scheduling, to have authority to commission the work you request, and to secure any landlord, property, or third-party approvals that are yours to obtain. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by Signavero LLC or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks referenced on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for nominative fair use to identify compatible products and services; their use here does not imply endorsement or an authorized-reseller relationship unless stated.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. Specifications, codes, and material data referenced on the site (for example, ADA, OSHA, or manufacturer specs) are summarized for guidance and can change; verify current requirements for your specific project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signavero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or obligations agreed in a signed project agreement, which governs the work itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions? Email hello@signavero.com.
