Industries / Corporate & Healthcare

Corporate environments and healthcare facilities.

Lobby branding, dimensional logos, wayfinding, conference-room IDs, ADA-and-HIPAA-aware healthcare wayfinding, and infection-control-rated materials. We coordinate it for HQ campuses, regional offices, hospital systems, and clinics.

Industry buyer

Corporate real-estate and hospital facilities leads.

On the corporate side, the buyer usually runs corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace experience. Picture an enterprise with regional offices spread out, or one big HQ campus. On the healthcare side it's the system-level facilities director, pulling in compliance, infection prevention, and sometimes clinical leadership depending on the scope.

We put both on one page because the work overlaps so much. ADA wayfinding runs underneath everything, with dimensional and architectural signage carrying the brand on top of it. Healthcare just adds a layer of infection-control and compliance review. And in both cases the building is occupied, so the install has to work around people who are still at their desks or being treated.

Common scope

What a corporate or healthcare program typically includes.

  • Lobby branding. Dimensional metal or hybrid acrylic-metal logo walls, mounted to your brand standard with the finish tolerance documented.
  • Campus wayfinding. A full wayfinding hierarchy, primary through tertiary, across multi-building campuses. We coordinate it as one system instead of signing off site by site.
  • Conference and room IDs. ADA-compliant tactile signage with Braille, mounted to ADA §703, in a finish that fits the corporate or hospitality tier you're building to.
  • Infection-control-rated materials. Antimicrobial overlaminates and substrates that hold up to quaternary ammonium and sodium hypochlorite cleaning chemistry. We spec these on ICU, OR-adjacent, and isolation-unit signage.
  • Environmental graphics. Hallway and stairwell brand work, donor and recognition walls, and brand storytelling built into the wayfinding itself.
Compliance considerations

ADA, HIPAA-aware, infection control, life safety.

  • ADA conformance.Tactile characters, Braille, mounting height, and finish reflectivity all spec'd to §703, plus any state overlay. California, Texas, and New York layer on stricter rules.
  • HIPAA-aware wayfinding. Patient-room number plates, check-in queue signage, and door-schedule signage. We coordinate all of it with the hospital's compliance team to satisfy the minimum-necessary principle.
  • Infection control. Antimicrobial finishes, edge-sealing so signage doesn't give bacteria a place to harbor, and substrates rated for hospital cleaning protocols.
  • Life-safety / egress signage. Photoluminescent code-required egress signage and stairwell identification per NFPA and local fire-marshal rules. This runs on its own compliance pathway, separate from brand signage.
Install during business hours

What corporate scope can install live, and what can't.

Interior wall graphics, dimensional logos on finished substrates, and lobby branding that needs no structural work can usually go in by zone during business hours, with the right signage and access containment. Anything with lift work, grinding, or HEPA-vacuum prep moves after-hours. The site survey makes that call per scope. We lock it at quote so nobody re-litigates it on install day.

In healthcare, the infection-control-adjacent areas always install after-hours or during scheduled downtime, worked out with clinical operations. That covers ICU, OR, NICU, and isolation. Dust containment and access barriers are non-negotiable.

Typical timeline

Campus wayfinding programs run 4-8 months.

Campus wayfinding is the biggest scope in this vertical. Measured drawings, hierarchy decisions, code review, fabrication, and install across a multi-building footprint usually run 4–8 months end to end. A single-building corporate HQ rebrand is closer to 8–12 weeks. Hospital system-wide refreshes tend to phase across two to four quarters.
