Signavero Partner Agreement

It's short, and it goes both ways. A shop signs it once, when we book its first job with us. Before that, the only thing we ask is that you keep any job we show you private.

Version 2026-09

The full agreement

  1. 1. What this covers

This agreement covers every job Signavero LLC ("we") books with your business ("you"). The confidentiality promise in section 4 also covers every job we show you, booked or not.

  2. 2. What we promise you

We never charge you to join, to see jobs, or to quote. We send you a scope we've checked, and we call out anything we don't know yet. Quotes are sealed, and you hear back from us either way. We review your closeout photos within 2 business days, and we pay within 7 days after we approve them. Your pay doesn't wait on our client paying us. If we agree in writing at booking to a materials deposit, we pay it before you order. We handle the client and the paperwork. And we won't pitch customers you bring to us.

  3. 3. You're your own business

You set your own price, run your crew your way, carry your own insurance and licenses, and stay free to work for anyone else. This agreement doesn't make us partners in a legal sense, a joint venture, your employer, or your agent. "Partner" is just the friendly word.

  4. 4. Keep it between us

Use job details, client information, our prices, and our list of partner shops only to quote or do the job. Don't share them with anyone else, except your own crew who need them for the job.

  5. 5. Clients we name to you

This section starts only once we've named a client to you in writing, which usually happens when we book you. From then until 12 months after your last job for that client, don't pitch, quote, or take their work, directly or through someone else. "Client" includes the end customer at any site we send you to. Clients you already worked with before we named them to you are yours; just show us. If one of our clients contacts you, send them to us. If this section is broken, we stop sending you work.

  6. 6. On site

Wear plain workwear, or what a trade client supplies. No logos, business cards, or signs of your own. Don't talk price with the client or the site. Client questions and change requests come to us. You're an independent shop working on our job; we'll never tell anyone you're Signavero staff, and you shouldn't either.

  7. 7. Before your first job

Send us a certificate of insurance showing general liability ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate), auto, and workers' compensation or a documented exemption if you have no employees, with us or the client named as additional insured when a job needs it. Send a W-9. Hold a license wherever the work needs one. Crews need OSHA-10 (OSHA-30 for rooftop or elevated work) and fall protection above 6 feet. Use a manufacturer-certified installer when a warranted film is used. For lit signs, use UL-listed fabrication and a licensed electrician.

  8. 8. The work

Install to the approved drawing, and tell us about any site mismatch before you start. No extra work without a revised work order from us. Dated closeout photos come to us first. Fix the punch list before closeout, and fix your own misses at your cost, including return trips. You warrant your workmanship for 1 year, and you'll give us lien releases on request.

  9. 9. Ending it

Either of us can end this agreement at any time by email. Sections 4 and 5 keep running for their set time after it ends.

  10. 10. Signing

You agree by typing your name and ticking the box. Your typed name is your signature, and it has the same effect as signing on paper. We keep a record of when and how you agreed, and we email you a copy.
